  • Ellie white

    HOT VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Ellie began her journey with yoga in 2015, alongside her career as a professional dancer.

In 2018 she tore a tendon in her hip, whilst this unfortunately ended her dance career, she knew her next step was to take her Yoga Teacher Training. Ellie completed her YTT whilst severely injured but she viewed it as a huge benefit, as it allowed her to comprehend how each body is completely different and how yoga is so accessible to everyone.

Ellie continued on to study Yoga Sculpt (Yoga + Weights + HIIT) in Savannah, USA, along with becoming a Sports Massage Therapist. In 2020, Ellie continued her training in Antenatal Yoga, and a programme in Savannah called The Authentic Voice to deepen and refine her teaching skills.

Ellie is an enthusiastic teacher, who finds such joy in sharing the practice of Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

  • HANNAh Jordan

    HATHA / VINYASA YOGA

“Yoga is for everyone and every body - it’s not about how bendy you are. Each person’s yoga journey is different and personal and I hope my classes bring a sense of lightness into people’s lives both on and off the mat and help them evolve by building strength and balance in both body and mind.”

Hannah’s classes blend together Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga, connecting breath with movement while exploring poses, body alignment and deeper pose variations. Asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), dhyana (meditation) and rest are integral to every class.

  • ZOE SMITH

    HATHA YOGA

“When I first discovered yoga everything changed for the better, my self image, my mental attitude, relationships, discipline & releasing those limiting beliefs. After further self development I continued to go deeper into the mind/ body connection – building authentic self esteem, overcoming fears – I felt liberated.

After travelling to Bali and completing my 200hr TT with beautiful masters from India to deepen my own practise, the universe had bigger plans. I then knew in my heart I had to teach and share the beautiful gift of yoga with others.

Everyone has a beautiful light shining within them and when we practise yoga the brighter that light gets. My ultimate goal in life is to spread the light far and wide- spreading positivity. I’m driven to support and encourage people on their journey. I believe in you all.”
